The Triangles Preferred Painting Contractor
Exterior Painting
Exterior Painting like interior painting requires preparation prior to applying the finish coat of paint. Power washing the surfaces to be painted. Scraping any loose or flaking paint. Priming any untreated(raw) wood. Replacing any water damaged(Rotting)wood prior to painting. Caulking all areas needed on trim and siding.
Washing, Carpentry, Priming and Painting we have you covered.

House Washing
The first step in the exterior painting process is to clean the surfaces properly to allow for proper paint adhesion. Our sister company handles
this for us.

Carpentry
Rotting and deteriorating wood should not be over looked during the painting process, we can & will change those items. If Triangle Area
Painting sees any areas of concern during the exterior painting process our team will let you know so we can address the issue and not just cover it up.

Caulking trim and siding
Caulking any areas needed is vital, whether the caulk is cracked and/or is missing these areas need to be re-caulked. We use top of the line caulking
for our exterior painting projects.

Painting
After washing and prepping, Triangle Area Painting will give you options on exterior paint and we will go over these options so you can make the
proper decision on the product. TAP used Sherwin Williams Emerald exterior paint to give this house the finish it deserves.
